Philip, Michael and Sarah have long since grown up and moved away. They have children of their own. Even Xiao Xiao is away at university now, so will soon be flying the nest.

But Ivy and I remain. We live in Ayr, a few seconds walk from the beach, and the beautiful country of West Scotland is only a five-minute drive away.
