Well, actually, welcome to the blogs, because I have cunningly split The blog up into smaller yearly blogs, to avoid having an enormously long page.

It seems, on analysing the data brought over from the previous version of this site, that I began writing the blog in 2009, but rather intermittently. There are no posts at all for 2015 and 2016. I wonder what I was doing then? If only I’d maintained a blog during those years…
